Steps
- Define the creative topic in one sentence.
- For 5 minutes, list raw ideas without filtering them.
- For 10 minutes, develop one idea.
- For 5 minutes, choose the next step or a version to improve.
- Do not judge quality while generating.

- Do not use this protocol as pressure to be productive when you need recovery.
